Bookings and Payments

Booking Confirmation

You must make all bookings through our official website or third-party booking partners. The booking is confirmed only after you receive a written email from Awesome Holidays Nepal. Once you receive the confirmation email, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all booking details.

Deposit and Payment

When you make a booking, we require a non-refundable deposit. The amount might vary depending on the type of package you have selected. You need to make the payment within the pre-mentioned due date for the booking. Failure to do so might lead to the cancellation of your booking without a deposit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Client:

We require valid written notice of cancellation of bookings from the participants. Depending on the time of your cancellation, a certain amount of cancellation fees applies. Cancellation may result in the deduction of the deposits on the following basis:

30 days or earlier: 20% of the booking amount
15-29 days: 50% of the booking amount
Less than 15 days: 100% of the booking

Cancellation by the Company:

Awesome Holidays Nepal reserves the right to cancel or postpone any trip due to unforeseen situations, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, unpredictable weather conditions, or government restrictions. The company will provide an alternative to your trip or fully refund your payment. But keep in mind that we are not responsible for any additional costs you have to pay due to such cancellations.

Risks and Liabilities

Any trekking adventure involving trekking, climbing, rafting, and expeditions involves inherent risks that may arise from travel, forces of nature, high altitude, and transportation failures. While Awesome Holidays Nepal takes all necessary measures to ensure your safety during the trip, the risks cannot be entirely eliminated.

Insurance

All travelers must have comprehensive travel insurance covering adventurous activities, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal liability. The company will require proof of insurance before commencing the trip to your pre-booked destination.

You need to know that the company doesn’t provide insurance coverage, and it’s solely your responsibility to have complete insurance for all aspects of the trip.

Intellectual Property and Use of Content

Our website’s content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Awesome Holidays Nepal and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any user is strictly prohibited from replicating, reproducing, distributing, or using any content of our website without prior written consent.

Governing Law

The laws of the Government of Nepal govern the terms and use of our services. Termination of Services

Awesome Holidays Nepal reserves the right to terminate your bookings or suspend your access to our services at our discretion if you breach these terms and conditions or engage in activities detrimental to our company.
