Day01

Arrival in Kathmandu and a Evening walk at Thamel District

As you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, our company representative will pick you up with a warm welcome. With a short ride through the bustling streets of Kathmandu city, you will be dropped off at the hotel. After settling in your accommodation, rest and enjoy the atmosphere at the hotel.

Evening: A short walk in the Thamel District will make a perfect plan for the dinner.

Excursion of Kathmandu & Drive to Nagarkot

We will explore the culturally enriched city, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and its other major highlights, such as the 55-windowed palace, 9-storied temple, Siddha Pokhari, etc.

You can also try your hand at pottery at the local pottery shops and enjoy authentic Newari cuisines like “juju dhau” (yogurt), bara (Savory pancakes), Chatamari (rice flour bread with toppings), and much more. From Bhaktapur, we will drive to Nagarkot, the outer hills surrounding Kathmandu. The day will conclude with dinner in the pristine atmosphere, where you can enjoy the glistening Kathmandu city from the hilltop.

Day03

Drive to Kathmandu

Continuing the exploration of the outskirts of Kathmandu, the next day will begin with a sunrise view of the stunning Ganesh Himal, Langtang Range, Gauri Shankar, Dorje Lakma etc on clear days. We will also have a wholesome breakfast while enjoying the backdrop of majestic mountains before continuing the voyage to another world heritage site, Kathmandu Durbar Square. We will visit its courtyard, surrounding temples, and the history museum and pay homage to the living goddess Kumari.

Later, the exploration will continue  with prayers at Pashupatinath and Boudhanath Stupa, a world heritage site and the biggest stupa in Asia. After taking a stroll around the stupa and its surroundings, we will enjoy lunch with a view of the stupa premises. Later that same evening, we will drive back to our hotel, where you can rest  and bid fare well to your Guide and Driver.

Departure

Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Kathmandu. Our representative will transfer you to the airport for your departure, marking the end of your unforgettable journey through Kathmandu and Nagarkot.
