Your Bhaktapur sightseeing tour begins early in the morning after your breakfast. Around 8 a.m., you will be picked up from your hotel room and driven in a luxury tourist vehicle to Bhaktapur, a city of Devotees. The drive will take 35 minutes, as the location is 14 kilometers away from the center of Kathmandu. You will get to see the organized chaos of the Capital city of Kathmandu, slowly turning into a quite and nicer 6 lane road.

Explore Bhaktapur Durbar Square

After reaching Bhaktapur, the exploration will begin with a stroll around the UNESCO World Heritage site, the Bhaktapur Durbar Square. You will come across several historical palaces, temples, and courtyards that appear picture-perfect to your eyes and the cameras. Starting from the Golden Gate entrance, we will stroll around the courtyard and visit the museum, the 55-windowed palace, and the temples around. Walking through the alleys, we will see the Nyatapola temple, a five-tiered temple dedicated to the Hindu goddess Siddhi Lakshmi.

After we have explored Palace Square’s attractions, we will walk through the back alleys to Pottery Square. Here, you can experience the traditional pottery style. Before lunch, we will also visit the traditional old pond called Siddha Pokhari.
