Either the client or Awesome Holidays Nepal may cancel a trip due to emergencies, unforeseen situations, or changes in travel plans. In such cases, cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of the cancellation and the terms outlined below.
Cancellation by the Client
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must submit a valid written cancellation request by email. The date on which we receive your written notice will be considered the official cancellation date. Cancellation fees are applied to cover advance arrangements such as permits, accommodations, transportation, and staff bookings.
The following cancellation charges apply:
- 30 days or more before the trip start date:
20% of the total booking amount will be deducted. - 15 to 29 days before the trip start date:
50% of the total booking amount will be deducted. - Less than 15 days before the trip start date:
100% of the total booking amount will be deducted, and no refund will be provided.
Please note that any deposits paid are non-refundable, as they are used to confirm services in advance.
Cancellation by Awesome Holidays Nepal
Awesome Holidays Nepal reserves the right to cancel or postpone any trip due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme or unpredictable weather conditions, political instability, safety concerns, or government restrictions.
In such situations, we will offer one of the following options:
- An alternative trip or revised departure date
- A transfer of your payment to another available trip
- A full refund of the amount you have paid
Please be advised that Awesome Holidays Nepal is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result of trip cancellation, including international flights, visa fees, travel insurance, accommodation before or after the trip, or other personal costs.
